ReHarvest Energy Pvt Ltd
ReHarvest is a biomass pellet manufacturer based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. We source agricultural residue directly from farmers across the Krishna-Godavari delta, pelletize it at our facility, and supply it to power plants and industries as a coal alternative.
But we're building something bigger than a pellet plant. We're building the measurement, reporting, and verification infrastructure that makes biomass carbon credits real — traceable from the farm where the waste was collected to the boiler where coal was displaced.

The problem
100 million tons burned every year
Every harvest season, Indian farmers burn over 100 million tons of crop residue in the fields. It's faster than clearing it by hand. Nobody pays them not to burn it. The smoke contributes to air pollution across the subcontinent.
At the same time, India's power sector burns 800+ million tons of coal per year. There's a mandate from NTPC and state discoms to blend 5–10% biomass — but there's no reliable, traceable supply chain to fulfil it.
We're closing that gap. Farmers earn. Industry gets clean fuel. Carbon gets measured.
Our approach

Collect from farmers
Farmers submit pickup requests. We collect their crop residue and pay them directly via UPI — creating an income stream from waste that was being burned.

Pelletize and test
Raw material is processed at our facility and tested for GCV, moisture, and ash content. Every batch gets a batch ID before it leaves.

Supply to industry
Pellets dispatched to power plants and industries. Every dispatch is linked to an End Use Certificate signed digitally by the buyer.

Measure the impact
Our dMRV system builds the chain-of-custody record: origin GPS, weight, EUC, CO₂ displaced. Auditor-ready for carbon credit verification under Gold Standard.
